Shipping Policy – Urban Cameras and Accessories

At Urban Cameras and Accessories, we aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery of all your photography gear across South Africa. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver orders.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa, including major cities, towns, and outlying areas via trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Johannesburg & Gauteng: 1–2 business days

  • Main Urban Areas: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying/Rural Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability, payment confirmation, and courier logistics.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2PM may be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

  • Free delivery may apply to selected promotional items or orders over a certain amount (subject to change).

5. In-Store Pickup

You may choose to collect your order in-store at no additional cost:

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery targets, unexpected delays (e.g. weather, strikes, courier backlogs) may occasionally occur. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue or replace the item if applicable.
