  • All purchases made through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full before goods are shipped or released.

  • We accept payments via EFT, card, cash (in-store), and selected payment gateways on our website.

  • For custom or special orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery throughout South Africa. Shipping fees and timeframes will be communicated at checkout or upon request.

  • Urban Cameras and Accessories is not liable for delays caused by courier services, acts of nature, or incorrect delivery information.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days if items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

5. Product Warranty

  • Products sold may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand.

  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and will be subject to inspection.

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, impact, unauthorized repair, or water damage (unless otherwise stated).
